The Highrunner palletizers are able to place products on the pallet layer by layer because of a built-in buffer, at the built-in buffer the products are positioned and accumulated until a layer is complete. By depositing entire layers at once, the Highrunner HR17 minimizes the number of movements needed, saving time and improving throughput.
Another advantage of the Highrunner HR17 is that the pallet itself moves up and down to receive another layer, not the layers. This design choice is especially beneficial when stacking pallets 1.80 meters or higher, as it saves even more time. Consequently, the Highrunner HR17 is one of the fastest palletizers available on the market. As soon as a pallet is full, the pallet lift moves all the way down so that it can be carried away via a pallet transport system. An empty pallet can be supplied from the opposite direction at the same time.
