Who we are and about us

At Dynatec, we focus on developing solutions that provide direct and measurable results for our customers. With our own product developers and collaboration with the world’s leading machine manufacturers, Dynatec is a total supplier for the food industry. We deliver production solutions for the entire value chain, from design, development and single machines to complete lines.

Our goal is to stay ahead of market needs and constantly develop solutions that can help our customers increase profitability and reduce the burden on personnel.

At the same time, it is important for us to work on developing our own processes and routines as well as expertise, in order to deliver predictable high and competitive quality of our products and services to all our existing and new customers.

We have both long-term research projects in collaboration with universities and the institute sector and targeted investments towards specific issues and needs. Some examples of long-term investments are participation in KPN projects within robotics and sensor technology in the food industry such as iProcess, participation in Research Centers for Environmentally Friendly Energy (FME) and Competence Projects for Business (KPN) within battery technology, among other things.

Within more focused research projects are Innovation Business Projects (IPN) in reactor technology and industrial process and heat treatment, as well as the development of nanomaterials, among other things, for use in next-generation lithium ion batteries. We collaborate with, among others, IFE, UiO, NMBU, NTNU, HiOA and the Norwegian Institute of Technology and Sintef.

Within materials technology, we have innovation projects aimed at developing, among other things, high-load compact gearboxes for use in offshore applications. We also work in collaboration with MasterCam within beta testing of new software for use in various forms of CNC machining and testing of new machining tools and methods in collaboration with, among others, Sandvig.

Meat:

Dynatec focuses on automation solutions and production equipment for the meat industry. Our production range spans everything from mixers, molders, frying, freezing, to packaging and distribution solutions.

We always aim to develop solutions that give you advantages in terms of production efficiency and product quality. In addition to individual production machines, we focus on hygiene and food safety. Our solutions combine automation and equipment so that you get the best solution for your production.

Fish:

We deliver internal transport, packaging solutions, automation, palletizing, product inspection and a whole range of other products. We identify the opportunities and ensure that our deliveries are hygienically designed to meet today’s cleaning requirements.

Dynatec AS has been a leading player in automation and innovative solutions for the food industry for almost 30 years. We use our experience to increase our customers’ competitiveness also within the fish industry. Among other things, we have developed a depalletizing unit for EPS boxes with fish and a robotic tool for automatic loading of salmon fillets into deep-drawer/tray sealer.

Food:

In addition to individual production machines, we focus on hygiene and food safety. Our solutions combine automation and equipment so that you get the best solution for your production.

Logistics & Distribution:

Our solutions provide improved warehouse utilization and significantly increased capacity. Also the obvious advantage that employees work more efficiently and with much less physical effort than with traditional picking. In addition to the fact that our storage systems can handle different temperature zones, they are delivered as both fully and semi-automatic solutions according to the needs where goods are too small to be handled without human assistance. Dynatec offers efficient storage systems for pallets and boxes as well as solutions for automatic picking and generation of complete orders. We tailor picking stations or offer automatic picking. Warehouse utilization is optimized by using high-bay storage for pallets or single boxes.

We believe that the quality system should not be something you find on a shelf but something that defines us and allows customers to trust that deliveries will arrive with the agreed quality and price at the right time. Both series production and production of special machines are done both by our own machines and as rental production for others to many different markets. We have machining, water cutting, hardening, welding and assembly as well as a measurement laboratory in our own premises.

We use the latest technology in our field. Interaction between different machines, and the ability to choose different production methods provide very cost-effective solutions. Our customers often turn to us when they need precise delivery, high quality and the right price.
