Frank Schroeder Maschinenbau was founded in Herford in 1997. With a high quality standard, great flexibility and committed employees, we have since then continuously expanded our customer base and our range of services. In 2004, our founder-led family business moved to a larger company site in Kirchlengern.

Since then, we have been offering you first-class, comprehensive support – from development to delivery and commissioning on site. As a result of a large number of successfully implemented projects, we have proven experience in the following areas in addition to automation and robot technology:

In mechanical engineering, complete solutions are our particular strength. We have already successfully supported numerous well-known companies from the automotive, household appliance and food industries. Even though Schroeders is now internationally oriented, we are closely connected to the North Rhine-Westphalia region. Our roots in the region are also reflected in the promotion of young talent as a recognized training company (IHK, HWK).

We train in the following professions:

• Precision mechanic: You enjoy working with machines. You also have basic technical knowledge and skilled hands.
• Machining mechanic: Is working with mostly CNC-controlled machines and CAD/CAM systems the right thing for you?
• Metalworker: You are skilled and careful with your hands. Physics and mathematics are among your favorite subjects.
• Technical product designer for machine and plant construction: Your creativity never stands still. At the same time, you are interested in technology and mathematics.
• Industrial designer: Your creativity never stands still. At the same time, you are interested in technology and mathematics.
• Office clerk: You have a talent for organization. You are also familiar with office software and are good with numbers.
